By Sea:

Follow the Royal River to the head of navigation at Yarmouth. Approach the river leaving the northeast tip of Cousins Island on your port side and Little Moshier Island to the northeast on your starboard side. The Coast Guard and local mariners have plenty of markers so you'll find it easy to follow the narrow channel. Dock in front of the restaurant on the west bank of the river just upstream from the Yankee Marina and downstream of the Yarmouth Boatyard.

By Land:

From the South/West:
From Maine Turnpike take exit 44 onto I295 North. From I295 North, take Exit 15 onto Route 1 North. At first light, turn right onto Portland St. Take a right on Main St. and bear right at the fork. At the bottom of the hill, turn right. The entrance to Lower Falls Landing will be just ahead on the left. Follow the drive around the building to the parking area near the front entrance to the restaurant.

From the North/East:
Follow I95 South to Yarmouth Exit 17. Take an immediate left off Route 1 onto Route 88 and follow for approximately 1 mile. Turn left into Lower Falls Landing and follow the drive around the building to the parking area near the front entrance to the restaurant.
